Which mail carrier do you use?

I currently ship via USPS Priority Mail Only.

When will my order arrive?

Most orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days. Occasionally orders may need to be custom-made due to inventory shortages. These orders take 2-3 weeks unless they are one-of-a-kind artwork or large orders. We use USPS Priority Mail for all small ceramic shipping. Within the US, expect to receive your item 3 days after shipping. (Once in the system shipping delays may occur that are outside of our control). Any special shipping due to size or delicate artwork will be communicated directly to you at the time of your order.

Can I return an item?

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

What if my order is damaged?

In the unlikely event that your item/s arrives damaged or broken, please contact me within 2 working days and send a photograph of the damaged item to patricia@macanastudio.com. As all items are unique and made in small quantities I may not be able to replace them with an exact item. I will do my best to rectify the issue and a refund will be made if necessary.

Do you ship outside the USA?
